    4 cups Split Peas
    4 cups California Medley (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    8 cups Water

Crackers or croutons are optional


Directions

Bring split peas to a boil in 4 cups water for 30 minutes. Add vegetables, broth, and the additional water and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve
