Introduction

Fresh & light, but very filling! Fresh & light, but very filling!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1/2 Cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
    2 Tblsp lime juice
1/2 tsp Cavenders salt free Greek seasoning
1 can lowfat chicken (white meat)
    1/2 diced medium apple
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 - 2 green onions chopped
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

Overnight refrigeration allows the flavors to mesh better than eating right after making. Switch out the raisins for grapes to reduce carbs or the lime juice for lemon. Add a few of your favorite chopped nuts after refrigeration for added crunch.

Directions

Mix yogurt, lime juice, Greek seasoning & a twist of sea salt & a shake of pepper. Set aside. Drain chicken & break up with a fork. Mix all ingredients together, salt and pepper lightly, cover & refrigerate over night.
