Introduction

This vegan chocolate pudding recipe is tasty, low fat, and pretty easy! This vegan chocolate pudding recipe is tasty, low fat, and pretty easy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups almond milk (I used unsweetened)
    4 tbsp cocoa powder (more or less, depending on your taste)
    3/4 cup sugar (once more, depending on your taste)
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp or so agar agar

Tips

-The agar agar needs to be added to already warm milk. When it touches anything cold, it will start to set!
-If you used sweetened almond milk, you may not need so much sugar.
-For chocolate peanut butter pudding, add 1/4 c. peanut butter at the end!


Directions

Heat the almond milk. Add everything else, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring with a whisk. Chill until set.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups, or 4 1/2 cup servings.
