Ingredients

Corn Flour, 1 tbs
Soy Sauce, 1 tbs
Pineapple Juice, 4fl oz
Pineapple, 4 Slices cut into cubes
Stir Fry Veg, 250 grams
Chicken Fillet, 225 grams cut into cubes
Directions
Cube chicken breasts and brown in non-stick frying pan with cooking spray if needed. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and 4 fl oz pineapple juice. Pour juice mixture over chicken. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done and juice is thickened. Add pineapple and cook for about 3 more minutes (or until pineapple is hot).
