Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
    2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    1 T Fresh Chives, chopped
    1 T Fresh Oregano, chopped
    1 T Fresh Basil, chopped
    2 t Sugar
    2 t Kosher Salt

Tips

I mix and match on the vinegars and herbs depending on what I have available. I am also experimenting on how little olive oil is needed to still taste good.

Directions

Add all ingredients into a jar or salad dressing bottle (I use a Good Seasonings bottle) and mix vigorously. You add it to a salad immediately, but it tastes better and better as it has time to marinate.
