Number of Servings: 3


    Cashew Nuts, 1 cup chopped or ground
    Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, (1 cup Cooked)
    Mushrooms chopped
    Peppers 0.5 cup, chopped
    Flour, whole grain, 100 grams
    Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp
    Brazil Nutsx4 roughly chopped
    Onions1 cup, chopped
    Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
    Herbs & seasoning

    (sesame seeds 0.5 oz to top)


Serve with veg and gravy.


Boil Quinoa & roast nuts on a baking tray for 10min first
Fry onion and veg then add nuts, flour and quinoa etc.
Put in oven proof dish/tin
Top with sesame seeds
bake in oven for 1hr
