Ingredients

* Flatout - Light Italian Herb
* 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce (Kroger brand)
* 15 slices Turkey Pepperoni (Kroger brand)
* 1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms, chopped
* 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
* 2 Tbsp Black Olives, sliced
* 1/2 cup Mozzarella, part skim, shredded (Kroger brand)
* 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
Tips
If a smaller serving is desired, split between two people for half the calories! :)
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Sprinkle Flat-Out with 1/4 tsp Olive Oil on each side and rub in.
3. When oven is pre-heated, place Flat-Out directly on oven rack or on a pizza stone and bake for 7 minutes.
4. Remove Flat-Out from oven carefully. It will be hot!
5. Evenly top the Flat-Out with 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce.
6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese onto the layer of sauce.
7. Evenly arrange the remaining ingredients as your next layer.
8. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese over the top of chopped ingredients.
9. Place back into the oven for 7 more minutes.
10. Remove Flat-Out Pizza and cut into strips or wedges, allow to cool some, and enjoy!
