Ingredients

    1 can of navy Beans
    3 slices Bacon
    3 TBS Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup
    2 TBS Splenda
    1/4 cup diced Onions
    dash of salt & pepper
    Dash of hot sauce

Tips

Use soy beans or black beans for less carbs.


Directions

Saute diced bacon in sauce pan, when releases grease, throw onions into the pan. When onions soft, add navy beans, splenda, ketchup, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
