Ingredients

    2 c. flour, leveled off
4 Tbsp. Country Crock Light Margarine (tub)
    2/3 c. 1% Milk
About 1/8 c. flour for surface

Tips

If you need less than the 9 biscuits the recipe makes you can always freeze any extra's prior to cooking and then you'll have ready to bake biscuits for whenever

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl add flour and butter, using a fork cut butter into flour. Pour in milk, stir until a dough ball has formed. On a clean flat surface sprinkle part of 1/8 c flour to prevent dough from sticking to surface. Pour dough out onto floured surface sprinkle more flour on top. Kneed a few times and press out by hand until approx 3/4" thickness. Cut into 8 3" biscuits. My 9th biscuit I usually just shape by hand and it may be a bit smaller but you will use all of the dough. Place biscuits, touching each other, on a cookie sheet, no need to grease due to butter in recipe. Bake for approx 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Enjoy

Serving Size: Make approx 9 - 3" biscuits
