    mandarin oranges (tangerines) 100 gram(s)
    Goat Cheese, Semisoft, 1 oz
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Spinach, Fresh Organic (3oz), 85 gram(s)
    Baby Beets-Costco (2.5beets), 2 serving

Tips

Can prepare larger portions of veggies at once and keep in sealed containers for use in other salads or recipes for faster preparation.

Omit goat cheese to make Vegan.


Directions

Cut jicama and beets any way you like: chop, shred, or slice. Add spinach to bowl. add beets and jicama. Separate and add oranges. Crumble goat cheese with a fork over veggies. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
