Ingredients

    6-8 eggs
    1cup frozen spinach
    5 or 6 pieces of thin sliced deli ham
    4 turkey breakfast sausage links or whatever
    1/2 cup pizza blend or any delicious cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated or whatever, you are an adult, i trust your decisions.
    PAM spray or generic, it was on sale, spray

protip: leftovers heat up pretty well in the microwave the next day too


Directions

preheat oven to 350. cook steam in bag frozen spinach as directed on bag. heat medium sauce pan to medium low heat. spray with PAM or whatever your preference. toss spinach ham and turkey sausage in pan and add salt until excess moisture is gone from spinach and everything looks delicious. beat 6-8 small eggs in a separate bowl, add salt and pepper. pour eggs into pan and stir carefully for only about a minute. try to get all that ham and spinach and sausage business evenly dispersed, then sprinkle the cheeses all over that B.A.M. Throw it in the oven for 10 ish minutes or until the eggs stop looking like they might give you salmonella. divide that business up into fourths and enjoy!
