Ingredients

    125g flour
    50g Alfa one rice bran spread
    240g fish diced finely
    Olive oil, 1tbl
    Onion, 1
    Celery, 1 tbl chopped
    Mushroom,2 chopped
    Carrot,6 slices
    Zucchini, 20g
    Parsley, 4tbl chopped
    Milk 2%, .6 cup
    Ricotta full fat,1cup
    parmesan, 10g

Tips

Obviously could make this less calories with light ricotta.
I like to Dd a sprinkle of mustard powder over the fried onions and also a splash of worstershire sauce and a good teaspoon of oregano. I like to coat the pie in milk to get good glaze.


Directions

Mix spread into flour to crumb texture. Add enough water to roll into dough and place in freezer. Fry onions then all veggies, then add fish and dairy to make filling. Split dough into 1 large and 1 small ball. Roll
dough and line a 7" pie tin with pastry and blind bake with beans or rice on some paper inside the base of the pie pastry at 180C. Fill and top with pastry. Poke a few venting holes in pie top and rebake until pastry is coloured and crisp.
