Ingredients

    1 med. onion
    1 tbs. olive oil
    3 cups of fresh fava beans
    small hand full of dill weed
    2 tsp of brown sugar
    a splash of sub. sugar
    1.5 chicken bullion

Tips

You need to keep an eye on the water you don't want them to dry out or stick to you pan. however when there almost done let the water cook out.

goes great with a tbs of greek or turkish style yogurt.

Keep the led on up until the very end.


Directions

cook the onions with the olive oil until translucent, Then add the fresh fava beans, knorr chicken bullion, 2 tsp of brown sugar the sub sugar and fill add water until all the beans are covered. cook on high heat until it comes to a boil then lower to med/low. for about 45 mins. to an hour. chop the dill and add as a garnish once they have cooled down. serve at room temp.
