Introduction

My Granola Bars My Granola Bars
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    5 cups old fash oats
    1 cut steel cut oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup milk chocolate chips
    1 cup cranberries (dried)
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Tips

Can substitute a mashed banana or applesauce for butter. Can add nuts if you like. I add walnuts sometimes.


Directions

mix all ingredients. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake on 325 for 18 -22 min. Make sure mixture is pressed firmly down in pan otherwise it will crack after baking.
Tip: spray hands with Spray oil,this will help mix to not stick to hands when pressing down.

Let cool, then cut into squares.
