Ingredients

    Orzo Pasta, 1 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Feta Cheese, .33 cup, crumbled
    black eyed peas (canned), 1 can, drained
    Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 3 tsp
    Lemon Thyme, fresh, .25 tsp (or add a dash of lemon juice + thyme)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Cook pasta per instructions
Steam broccoli
Mix all other ingredients togther in a bowl
Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to let flavors mingle.
