Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 tbsp. melted butter


Tips

May add blueberries.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, Add milk and stir. Then add butter and beaten egg, Pour 1/6 of batter onto skillet, brown on both sides.
