    1 C. whole wheat pastry Flour
    1 1/4 C. un-processed Bran
    1 Tsp Baking powder
    1 Tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil
    1/3 C. Molasses
    1 C. water


makes 12 regular size muffins. -- combine dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
