Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat
    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    27 oz Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Broth- No Salt Added- 1cup/250ml Serving
    0.75 cup Peas, frozen
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    130 grams Egg Noodles, enriched

Tips

Do not add oil in recipe. It is added to account for natural fat from boiling soup bones.


Directions

Chop vegetables. boil carcass of chicken for 6 hours. Remove, strain, debone and re-add meat. Add all ingredients listed above at the same time and simmer till vegetables and quinoa are cooked.
