I guess you could call this something in between cole slaw and waldorf salad, it was quick and easy to throw together and would be great at a summer cookout. Ingredients

    Green Giant Sweet Carrot Slaw-one 10 oz bag
    Veganese-1/3 cup
    Agave nectar
    Lemon Juice-1 Tbsp
    Raisins- 1/4 cup
    Walnuts- 1/4 cup

Directions

Empty the bag of sweet carrot slaw into a mixing bowl and mix in the walnuts and raisins. In a small bowl mix the veganese, agave nectar and lemon juice until well blended and then pour over the carrot slaw, walnuts and raisins and mix thoroughly, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 half cup servings
