Ingredients

    1 Package shelf-stable gnocchi
    1/2 each red, green, orange, and yellow peppers
    1/4 C pesto

Directions

1. Prepare Gnocchi according to package directions, adding chopped peppers when adding gnocchi to boiling water.
2. Drain. Return to pot. Add pesto. Serve, garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
