Ingredients

    2 cups Jiffy All Purpose Backing Mix
    1 1/4 cup Skim Milk
    1 large Egg

Directions

Set griddle to 325 degrees F. Mix ingredients all together in a bowl. Take 1/4 to 1/3cup of pancake mix per pancake and pour on griddle. Flip pancake when bubbles start to form on top. Cook on that side for about 1-2 mins. Remove and eat!
