Ingredients

    Red Potato (500 grams, about 2)
    Hidden Valley Ranch, 4 TBSP
    Fresh Chives, 1 TBSP chopped
    Black Pepper, to taste

Tips

Add garlic for added taste.

Add mixed, fresh veggies for a varity meal.


Directions

Chop potatos in 1 inch size cubes and Boil for about 10 mins or until desired softness. Cool by rinsing with water. Put ranch, chives, black pepper and cooke potatos into bowl and stir up. Place in fridge overnight, as they taste est when served cold, yum!
