Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
    1 bouillon cube
    3 Tbsp Corn Oil
    2 cups Water

Tips

(I cook my round steak thinly sliced in this oil to improve flavor of both beef and the gravy).


Directions

Heat oil.

Mix cold water and flour in shaker. Pour into pan with the heated oil. Stir.

Crush the bullion cube and add. Cook gravy until after it starts increasing in size from the bubbles for 3 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups 3-2/3cup servings
