Ingredients

    2 medium potatos
    1 large bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 Tbl fresh Rosemary
    1 Tbl fresh Basil
    1 Tbl fresh Oregano
    1 Tbl olive oil

Directions

chunk potato, green pepper and onion and place in large ziploc bag. Add all finely chopped fresh garden herbs, pepper, garlic salt and olive oil. shake bag until all items are fully coated. wrap the shaken mixture (removed from the ziploc of course!) in foil. Bake at 350 for 45 min. You can also place on the top rack of the grill and cook for 45 minutes with top closed.
