Ingredients

    2 large cucumbers, peeled & diced
    2 Large Tomatoes, Diced
    1 Large onion, Diced
    1 3/4 raw Zucchini, peeled & diced
    1 c. chopped Cilantro
    1.c. Chopped Celery
    1/2 c. Low Fat or Fat Free Italian Dressing

Tips

Calorie count will depend on whether you use Low Fat or Fat Free Dressing.


Directions

Peel and dice all vegetables. Place in large bowl and cover. Let set for 1 hour. Add Low Fat or Fat free Zesty Italian Dressing. Mix well and chill for at least 2 or overnight.
