Introduction

It's a bit of a spin, and it's not really an Asian dish once you add the ground tureky, but my 5 year old son enjoyed helping me shred the Bok Choy and chop the onion with a dinner knife (and onion goggles). He even enjoyed eating it! Ingredients

    16 oz ground turkey, cooked to small pieces
    32 oz chicken broth
    32 oz water
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
    2 heads Bok Choy (about 4 cups chopped)
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Tips

Any kind of garlic or onion variation will do.


Directions

Brown the ground turkey to small pieces. Add chicken broth, water, garlic, onion, bok choy and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low-med and cook for about 10 minutes or until bok choy is tender.

Serving Size: makes a big pot, feeds a family of 3 with leftovers
