Introduction

Ingredients

    Small can of chicken, like Kroger brand (3 oz.) cans
    5 or 6 Seedless Grapes
    1 tspn. Red pepper flakes
    1/2 tbs. Light Mayo
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Great with Ritz Crackers or in a Lettuce wrap. Makes a great little snack on it's own. Under 100 calories!

If you are allergic to eggs or dislike mayonnaise: Use half a wedge of Laughing Cow Light cheese in place of mayo (Exactly the same amount of calories! And it actually adds a little more flavor to the dish!). Or double the recipe, and use a whole wedge and save the rest for later!


Directions

Halve the grapes. Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy :)
