Introduction

Low Fat, Lots of taste! Can be made spicier with addition of more jalepenos! Low Fat, Lots of taste! Can be made spicier with addition of more jalepenos!

Ingredients

    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 small cans diced black olives
    2 cans diced tomatoes, lime & cilantro flavor
    1 jar salsa, variety to taste
    1 lb. package of chicken breasts, whole (fat trimmed)
    1 package chicken stock
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 vidalia onion, rough chopped

Tips

add fresh cilantro, hot sauce, crunchy tortilla strips and a dab of sour cream on top for a delicious, healthy and filling dinner!


Directions

put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low in slow cooker for 9 hours. At end of 9 hours, take chicken breasts out of cooker, shred them, and stir shredded chicken back into soup.
