Ingredients

    16oz pumpkin
    2c skim milk
    1 pkg sugar free butterscotch pudding (or vanilla)
    1-1 1/2 t. Pumpkin pie spice (or you can use cinn, nutmet, or ginger)


Tips

If you want it to be a little sweeter you may add sugar, splenda, equal, or sweet-n-low.


Directions

Add all ingrediants mis with a wisk, chill, and serve. Top with cool whip if you wish.
