Ingredients

    1 cup dried red lentils boiled for 30 minutes.
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 large onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    (fry above for 5 minutes)
    Add two tins of tomatoes and then the lentils.
    Water it down to the consistency you see as preferable.
    Add two teaspoons Bouillon (veg stock)
    Throw in a handful of fresh oregano (marjoram)
    Liquidise it all up.

Tips

Rest will go in the freezer in portion sizes for those "what can I cook tonight" moments...
