Ingredients

    * Boneless Porkchop, Center cut, 4oz.
    * Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup
    * Garlic, 1.5 clove
    * Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cups
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Green Beans, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

It's very versatile in the sense that a variety of veggies can be added. I've done this recipe about 5 times & probably done a diff version each time.


Directions

-Cut porkchops into pieces. Combine with soy sauce, garlic, & ginger. Let sit in fridge for about 20min.
-Cook pasta while meat sits in liquid.
-Cook pork & marinade in non-stick pan until no longer pink.
-Add veggies & cook for 1min.
-Add pasta & cook for 1min.

    Very Good
    This recipie is very good and easy to make it GF by using GF spaghetti and GF soy sauce. I alsomade it my second time, and used Birds Eye Pepper and Onion stir Fry with it and alo sdded water chestnuts. - 11/23/16
