Introduction

Ingredients

    avacado
    greek yogurt rather than sour cream
    onion
    tomato
    juice from 1/2 a lemon
    cilantro

Tips

TIP: If you happen to buy a less that ripe avacado dice it and then put it in the microwave for 45 seconds and then blend it in the blender with the yogurt = so smooth!


Directions

chop it all up. stir it all up, great for dipping cucumbers, red peppers, carrots, celery. My kids love it too.
