    1 TBS olive oil or walnut oil
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 TBS fresh lemon juice
    1 TBS fresh orange juice
    1 TBS honey
    1/4 c dried cranberries
    1/4 c toasted walnuts, chopped
    1TBS scallions, thinly sliced
    1.5 TBS fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

Tips

Adjust the honey, salt and pepper depending on how sweet you prefer.


Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
