Ingredients

    1-2 fillets of Coho Salmon
    Dill Weed, dried

Directions

Place salmon on a cookie sheet and sprinkle the dill weed on top of the fillet (s). Cook approx 25 min (to test for doneness of the fish press on the meat which will feel firm and flaky--not hard (overcooked) or mushy (under cooked). This way regardless of the weight of your salmon you can insure the proper cook time.
