Introduction

Ingredients

    1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
    1 Tbsp. coconut cream
    1/2 C. Almond milk

Tips

Options: Can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or use vanilla Almond milk.
Can add a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter in place of the coconut cream.
Can garnish with chopped nuts or chopped chocolate.


Directions

1)Cut or break banana into chunks of 1" or smaller. Freeze overnight. Freeze spread out on flat sheet or container. After hard, place in baggies and can be kept in freezer for making shakes.
2) Place frozen banana chunks in blender.
3) Add Coconut Cream* and Almond milk.
4) Blend 'til smooth.

*Coconut cream - place a can of Coconut milk in the refrigerator at least overnight. Use just the solid "cream" or "butter" on the top.
