Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Egg Whites (2 eggs)
    1/3 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
    1/3 Cup (1 scoop) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    2 tsp. PB2 chocolate peanut butter (optional)

Tips

Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spray pan with cooking oil and heat to sizzling. Pour in batter and cook until bubbles appear on surface and spatula slides easily under pancake. Flip and cook other side for just a few more minutes.
