Introduction

Made with 2 cups of almond flour, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, 1.25 cups blueberry, zest of one small lemon, 1 ripe banana, 3 T pasture butter, baking soda, and dash of salt. Made with 2 cups of almond flour, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, 1.25 cups blueberry, zest of one small lemon, 1 ripe banana, 3 T pasture butter, baking soda, and dash of salt.

Ingredients

    - 3 tablespoons pasture butter
    - 2 cups blanched almond flour
    - 1.25 cups of blueberries
    - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    - dash of salt
    - 1 mashed ripe banana
    - 1 tablespoon flaxseed coursely ground
    - 1/4 cup of water

Directions

mix everything besides blueberries with hand mixer or blender. fold in blueberries, form circle or rectangular shape onto silpat or parchment paper. Divide with blunt knife into smaller pieces and spread them out throughout sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Serving Size: cut into small pieces, makes about 10-11
