    2.5 lb pork roast
    2 cup cubed butternut squash
    .5 cup diced celery
    .5 cup diced onion
    1 small apple diced
    1.5 cup reduce sodim chicken broth
    .75 cup canned coconut milk
    .5 tsp salt
    .5 tbsp garam masala

Directions

Combine all in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours
