This dressing is a great substitute for traditional mayo-based pasta salad dressings. Perfect for summertime greens and pasta.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard (I used Maille brand)
    1 tbsp Lemon (basically half a lemon)
    1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients into a small bowl, whisk together, and smile :)

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings (a little over a tbsp per serving)
