Ingredients

    40g Quorn Mince
    1/3 can Chopped Tomatoes
    3 Mushrooms (chopped)
    100g (cooked) Spaghetti
    Pepper/Herbs
    15g Grated Cheese (optional)

Tips

Adding grated cheese is optional and adds a nice flavour to the dish, but don't use too much.
Adding tomato puree to the bolognese helps give a richer more mediterranean taste.


Directions

Heat the Quorn mince in a frying pan before adding the chopped mushrooms.
At the same time start the spaghetti cooking in boiling water.
Next add the chopped tomatoes and the seasoning (pepper/herbs).
Place the bolognese on a low heat, stirring occasionally whilst the spaghetti cooks.
Once the spaghetti is cooked take both pans off the heat.
Drain the spaghetti and serve.
