Ingredients

    2 4oz. Can of Ortega Whole Chilis
    1lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
    4 Eggs
    0.5c. Evaporated Milk
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    1 8oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
    Garlic Salt*
    Salt*
    Pepper*
    Cumin*

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut chili's in half lengthwise so they will lay flat.
3. Slice cheese in 1/8" slices.
4. Layer chili's and cheese in a small casserole dish making the cheese the first and last layer.
5. Mix together eggs, milk, flour, and salt until fluffy.
6. Pour egg mixture over the chili's and cheese.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
8. Mix together tomato sauces and spices.
9. Pour sauce over the casserole and return to the over for 15 minutes.

*Note: Add spices to your liking.

Makes 9 servings.
