Ingredients

    1 15 oz. Can Pumpkin Puree
    4 Lg. Eggs
    1/2 C Stevia Extract in the Raw
    1 t Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 C Heavy Cream

Tips

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Separate egg whites & whip until soft peaks form. Set aside and combine rest of ingredients. Gently fold into egg whites & pour into a heavily sprayed glass 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake approx. 40 min or until center is set. Allow to cool & enjoy!

Serving Size: Slices evenly into 8 servings.
