Introduction

It is an easy quick vegetarian lunch! Even if you are not a vegetarian it is delicious! It is an easy quick vegetarian lunch! Even if you are not a vegetarian it is delicious!

Ingredients

    2 oz Feta Cheese
    1 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    2 oz cream cheese
    1/2 chopped cauliflower
    1 minced garlic clove
    celintra to taste
    chives to taste
    1/8 tps salt (or less)
    other herbs to please your taste
    1 large red bell pepper

Tips

You could substitute chopped broccoli for the cauliflower or a mix of both.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except pepper. Cut pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds, stem and rinse. Fill each half of the pepper with the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 in toaster oven for 30 minutes. In a full size oven you may need to shorten the bake time.
