Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (8)
Rice wine vinegar (1/3 c.)
Soy Sauce (1/4 c.)
Honey (3 tbsp.)
Dark Sesame Oil (2 tbsp.)
Dash salt
Healthy dashes of red pepper flakes, to taste
10 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients save chicken together, pour over chicken in shallow bowl or plastic bag, marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Then bake or grill as desired. Could reserve marinade, reduce on stove and baste chicken as desired.
