Introduction

Easy baked chicken with a crispy fiber-filled crust, steamed carrots with honey and quick brown rice!! Easy baked chicken with a crispy fiber-filled crust, steamed carrots with honey and quick brown rice!!

Ingredients

    Uncle Sam Cereal
    Chicken breast, thin cut
    salt & pepper
    egg beaters, enough to coat one side of chicken
    carrots for steaming
    quick brown rice

Directions

Crush Uncle Sam Cereal in bag then put in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. I dip one side of the chicken in the egg beaters. Then dredge that side in the cereal. Place on foil covered baking sheet and bake for 25 mins. while this bakes, steam carrots and prepare quick brown rice.
