Ingredients

    3 lbs zucchini
    1/2 c chopped onion
    8oz mushrooms, sliced
    1t sugar
    2 eggs, large
    3T margarine
    2t powdered chicken bouillon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
boil water in large pot
add zucchini slices and steam for 5 minutes
Drain
Combine with ingredients and mix well.
spoon mixture into a greased baking dish
bake for 1 hour
