    1 cup uncooked rose rise
    4 cups plain almond milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 medium bananas diced


can be served warm or cold for breakfast or snack. top with toasted nuts if desired (alters calorie count)


soak rice in cold water 30 minutes. rinse well, add rice and all ingredients (except bananas) to large pot. bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. cool and stir in bananas.
