Ingredients

    *Beef chuck, 500 grams
    *Onions, raw, 2 small
    *Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    *asda smartprice self raising flour, 100 gram(s)
    *Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp
    *Salt, 0.5 tbsp
    *water

Directions

put oven on to 200 degrees celcius.cut meat into bite sized peices. chop onion and garlic. in an oven dish put in butter or oil and pop in oven unitl melted/hot. put in onion and garlic and saute. in a bowl put half pepper and half salt and flour and toss in beef until coated. place peice of beef in with the onion and garlic and brown on both sides, then put enough water in to just cover meat. close oven and wait till the water boils. then turn oven down to 140 degrees celcius and leave for 3hours. serve with basmati rice.
