Ingredients


    1/2 cup raisins - soaked overnight is best
    1 cup raw almonds, chopped
    1/3 cup flax seed, ground or whole
    1/2 cup gluten free raw Oatmeal
    1/4 cup Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal
    1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
    1/2 cup unsalted, hulled Sunflower Seeds,
    1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/4 cup grape molasses
    1/4 cup Organic Blue Agave Syrup
    1/4 cup organic pure Maple Syrup
    1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil Pure
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

Stir the mixture completely and watch carefully at 15 minute intervals. You might like the doneness at 1 hour or earlier depending on how your oven heats.


Directions

Mix all ingredients well in an 8 cup or larger bowl. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil or use a non-stick pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minute. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes throughout the cooking process. Cool when done. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Serve with fresh berries and Greek yogurt or use as a topper for homemade ice cream.
