Ingredients

    can of tomatos (i like to use crush or diced)
    1 can of baked beans
    1 can of mixed beans
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    1 pkg of lean ground beef, cooked & seasoned w/ spices
    1 cup of chopped mushrooms
    0.5 - 1 cup of chopped onion
    1 cup of chopped green pepper
    spices (added as much or as little depending on personal taste):
    chili powder (should be your main spice)
    cumin
    curry powder
    cayenne pepper (very little if you don't like it spicy)
    paprika
    1-3 bay leafs (depending on how spicy you like it)

Directions

Drain beans and add to crock pot with canned tomatoes, and 1 tbsp of each spice, leaving out the bay leaf. cook on high for 1 hour. Add cooked / seasoned ground beef and another tbsp of spices & minced garlic. cook on medium for another hour. add vegies & spices again. Cook on high for another hour. add remaining spices & bay leaf, cook on medium for another 30 min. Can leave to simmer longer or serve whenever you're ready!
